Eligibility for Refunds
Seminar Registration Refunds
Refund eligibility for seminar registrations depends on the timing of your cancellation request:
More than 14 days before the seminar start date: Full refund of registration fees minus any applicable processing charges.
Between 7 and 14 days before the seminar start date: 50% refund of registration fees.
Less than 7 days before the seminar start date: No refund available.
After seminar commencement: No refund available under any circumstances.
Subscription Services
For subscription-based access to our platform:
Within 7 days of initial purchase: Full refund available if you have not accessed more than 10% of available content or attended any live sessions.
After 7 days: No refunds available. You may cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, but no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
Annual subscriptions: Prorated refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis within the first 30 days, subject to usage limitations.
Digital Materials and Recordings
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds for purchased recordings, course materials, or downloadable content are generally not available once access has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
Administrative fees, processing fees, or service charges
Certificates of completion or participation
Access to archived content after the access period has expired
Services purchased at promotional or discounted rates, unless otherwise specified
Third-party services or materials provided through our platform
Seminar Cancellations by Morentavixor
If we cancel or reschedule a seminar:
Cancellation: You will receive a full refund of your registration fee within 14 business days.
Rescheduling: You may choose to attend the rescheduled session or request a full refund.
Technical issues: If technical difficulties prevent you from accessing a live seminar, we will offer either a recording of the session or a credit toward a future seminar of equal value.

Processing Timeline
Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days following approval. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your payment provider and may take an additional 5-10 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible. If the original payment method is no longer available, we will work with you to arrange an alternative refund method. Processing fees charged by payment providers may be deducted from the refund amount.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following situations:
Seminar cancellations within the partial refund window as specified above
Service disruptions affecting only a portion of the purchased content
Credits applied after initial purchase
Administrative discretion for exceptional circumstances
Credits and Alternative Compensation
In certain situations, we may offer credits toward future services instead of monetary refunds. Credits:
Are valid for 12 months from the date of issue
Are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash
May be applied toward any service offered through our platform
Cannot be combined with certain promotional offers
Exceptional Circumstances
We recognize that extraordinary situations may arise. Refund requests due to medical emergencies, bereavement, or other serious circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required to support such requests.
Disputes and Appeals
If your refund request is denied and you wish to dispute the decision, you may submit an appeal within 14 days of the denial notification. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in suspension of your account and denial of future services. If you have initiated a chargeback and wish to resolve the matter directly, please contact us immediately.
Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify seminar content, schedules, instructors, or platform features. Such changes do not automatically qualify for refunds unless the changes substantially alter the core value proposition of the purchased service.
